Refund and Returns Policy

SATYAmarket Refund and Return Policy
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
-Gift cards
-Downloadable software products and
-Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved after inspection by SATYAmarket, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time.You will be given an option to recieve the same product.

Shipping  of Returns
Customers  have the right to return a product if they think there’s a problem.  Customers are responsible for returning products that can be posted or easily returned

Return Costs
Once SATYAmarket confirms that the product did have a problem, it will reimburse the customer for any reasonable return costs they have already paid on the provisor that the customer provides receipts for postage or transport costs  incurrred by them.
If SATYAmarket finds that the product does not have a problem, the customer will be liable to pay for the inspection costs.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
-First check your bank account again
-Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your credit provider/bank
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by different banks and is outside our control
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@satyamarket.com.au

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned if faulty. Sale items cannot be returned/refunded.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged and a similiar item is avaliable in stock. In your first instance please shoot us an email at returns@satyamarket.com.au and wait for our instructions.Thanks.

NOTE: Final decision as to whether a product is faulty or is not performing as it should rest’s with SATYAmarket. Customer Satisfaction is critical and of paramount importance to SATYAmarket. We will endeavour to place customer first and do our best to reach an amicable solution if such an unlikely event occurs. We thank you for your understanding.
